To Whom it May Concern, We just wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we were with your agent, Heidi Waid. No matter what time of day, be it 6 am or 11 pm. she always made herself available to us. She was prompt, respectful, and very personable. She was always friendly, and professional, and she never gave us that pushy feeling you get with some agents who try to sell you something just so they can move on to the next one. We bought our house in July after looking for what seemed to be forever, I sent Heidi the information and she had us in for a showing that very same day as she did with every showing but this one was different, it had everything we were looking for. Heidi was a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive and has great communication skills. She had great Google reviews and that is why we chose her initially. Heidi did not disappoint. When we had a perc test done on the property we were buying and could not be there, she was there for us, communicated what was going on, and relayed any questions the sanitation company had. We did our purchase from out of state and she went above and beyond to file documents with the city and send gate keys for us to our daughter who lives locally.
